I use approaches that work with both the mind and body — because a lot of what you're carrying isn't just in your thoughts. It's in your body — the tension you can't release, the sleep that won't come, the way you startle when your phone buzzes.

I'm trained in Somatic Experiencing, IFS, and trauma-focused work. If you've heard of any of those and want to know more, I'm happy to talk through what they actually look like in session. If those words mean nothing to you, that's fine too.
